elect Study Abroad endeavors to introduce you to the most authentic Italian food available. We encourage you to do as the Italians do: take your time, savor every bite, and share in good company. That is why, as part of our all-inclusive program, we provide our students with the opportunity to dine out at some of Florence’s best and most authentic restaurants! Dinners are arranged Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and each meal is nothing less than spectacular. Students experience fun and fine dining at our favorite trattorias, cafes, and pizzerias in Florence as well as our favorite hidden gems on our weekend excursions. Select Study Abroad also features very special welcome and farewell dinners, which are always highlights of the program. All summer long, students will frequent the very best restaurants and feast on the most mouth-watering dishes – tried and tested by staff and past students. We want to make sure that each bite is better than the one before!
Impress your fellow LdM classmates with your exceptional taste and the inside scoop on where to eat! And never fear, on those nights

Quotes from Past Students:Want more quotes?
Every dinner was great; each better than the one before. It always gave me something to look forward to and allowed me to expand my horizons of Italian food. Also, it was nice to go to less touristy places that I normally wouldn’t find on my own.

Food in Italy is out of this world amazing and it is so fresh. I don’t know what I’m going to eat when I get back to the States. Davide’s restaurant is so delicious. I also like that he got to be creative and serve us dishes we couldn’t order on the menu.
B.P., University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
The group dinners were always so lively and delicious. It felt like I was with a great big family.
I.V.I, Hampshire College
The dinners in Florence were absolutely scrumptious. I love traveling in the LEAST touristy way possible, so I definitely appreciated the locals-only restaurants that we frequented.
